Domestic Orders (PR & U.S): Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $4.99
International Orders: Are not eligible for Free Shipping offers
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
- After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Our team will contact you if additional information regarding your order or payment method is needed.
- Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is from 1-3 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends.
* Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.*
- Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, VITTA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In case it occurs, customer has the option of filing a claim through USPS.
